Strengthening of the arm muscles as you will be carrying and picking up your child

Benefits of training during and after pregnancy:
Training during pregnancy has its risks, BUT it's been scientifically proven that the benefits of exercise during pregnancy outweighs all the possible risks there might be.
Exercise releases feel good hormones, which reduces the feeling of depression and anxiety.
Exercise gives you a feeling of accomplishment and self-confidence.
Exercise reduces the chances of diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy.
It's normal to gain weight during pregnancy, but exercise is a way of keeping a healthy weight gain
It has been shown that when you strengthen muscles such as the glutes and pelvic floor, that there is a reduction in back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, something that is common with pregnancy.
It has also been proven that exercise during pregnancy shortens the time of labour and speeds up recovery following birth.
